Having an Alkaline Body

A great way to Alkalise your body is to eat alkalising foods, many can be found in vegetables, fruits and sprouts.

Eating 75% alkalizing foods and 25% acidic will help nourish the cells in the body and keep your body at optimised levels. By eating healthy natural organic foods your body will find it easy to neutralise, detoxify acidic wastes and extract metabolic waste which is acidic.

To make the body more alkaline eat alkalising foods, these remove hydrogen ions from the body. By eating acid-forming foods, hydrogen ions are added to the body, making it more acidic.

Eating alkalizing foods can result in a stronger immune system, energy and stamina, strength, weight loss, being more alert and overall wellbeing.

Unfortunately today's western diet usually contains 80% acidic and 20% alkalizing foods. This depletes the essential minerals it needs and the body begins to take electrolytes from various systems and organs of the body to maintain it's pH level. This can be extracted from bones, teeth and muscles, which leaves your body weakened and the muscles become acid contracted.
