By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as follows.

Ordering
To place an order on our website you must be over eighteen and a UK registered card holder. In the event that one product from a larger order is delayed, payment for the whole order may be taken to avoid extra administration charges. If an item is out of stock it will be held as a backorder and despatched as soon as it is available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable amount of time (28 days from receipt of order) an email will be sent giving you the option of cancelling the order and any monies paid will b e refunded in full. Upon placing an order with us you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products ordered and applicable prices.

Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to a cooling off period after making a purchase. To exercise this right you must return the goods, unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, whereby a full refund of the price paid for the product will be issued. Returned products must be appropriately packaged. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the selling price to cover any damage inflicted on our products due to inadequate packaging. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, unless incurred as a result of an error by us. If you believe your goods to be faulty you must notify us within 48 hours and obtain agreement from us before returning the goods.

Shipping
Products displayed as In Stock are usually despatched within 24 hours, however as we use a variety of suppliers this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if your order has not been received 7 days after placing it and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
